Lagos state which is known for taking laws and enforcing it hard on citizens implemented another forceful law on commuters by mandating them not to cross the expressway but make use of the pedestrian bridge. Anyone caught crossing Ketu road is being arrested by security officers readily available and made to pay a heavy fine. This action has made commuters stick to taking the pedestrian bridge instead but the bridge in question has become too old to carry all the people’s weights.
